Her main medium is Arcylics...on
glass... on canvas... on items she discovers
lost art within
~ a way of recycling
everyday bits into exciting new pieces to enjoy with a renewed sense of
vigor!
....
A great love of bold and
textured color useage..
she constantly experiments
with the designs......
calling her work 'Modern
Expression'.. she paints the way she feels within at the time........
Often gazing at her pieces
reveals hidden images within..
She has been involved with several local art shows, open house invitationals and art festivals.
1999
& 2000 the Gypsy Mermaid was proud to donate a piece each
year to the
Lounge
Hair Studio and Spa for their annual Silent Art Auction fundraising
event "Art In Kind" to raise funds and awareness
for people living with HIV or AIDS
