100% Certified Organically grown coffee beans, custom roasted and blended to please the most discerning coffee lover. Our roasting process develops the coffee's peak aromatic characteristics resulting in the perfect cup, smooth and rich in flavour and aroma.

For the past 21 years we have been purchasing our coffee in direct fair trade with the same Cooperative Farm in Chiapas, Mexico. The Cooperative practices farming principals such as composting mulch for natural fertilizers and cross cropping coffee with guava, corn, bananas and melons to balance the nutrients in the solil. The 100% Arabica beans are shade grown, hand picked, prime water washed and sun dried. This growing practice not only produces long term economic benefites for growers, but also nurtures migratory birds that find sancutary in the forest environment. Peruvian beans used for our decaffeinated coffees are decaffeinated by the Swiss Water process then roasted and blended. Peruvian beans are known to retain the best coffee flavour after decaffeinating.
